What is telehealth?

Telehealth is care delivered over secure video or phone instead of in a clinic. You meet a licensed clinician from wherever you are, and they can assess you, order labs, and prescribe when it is clinically appropriate.

Where is Stakt Health available?

TODO: list the states where your clinicians are licensed. You must be licensed in the state where the patient is physically located at the time of the visit.

Do you take insurance?

TODO: state clearly whether you are in-network, out-of-network with superbills, or cash-pay only. This is one of the first things prospective patients look for.

Can you prescribe medication?

TODO: describe your prescribing policy, including any controlled-substance limits. Be specific — this is a common source of patient confusion and regulatory risk.

What do I need for a visit?

A phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and a reliable internet connection, plus a private place to talk. You will get a secure link before your appointment.

What if I have an emergency?

Stakt Health is not for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
