Not for medical emergencies. If this is an emergency, call 911. In crisis, call or text 988.

How it works

No waiting rooms. No guesswork.

Here is exactly what happens from the moment you book to the moment you have a plan.

  1. 1

Tell us what is going on

You answer a short set of questions about your symptoms, history, and medications. This takes about three minutes and helps your clinician arrive prepared instead of spending your appointment catching up.

  2. 2

    Pick a time that works

Choose from available appointments, including early mornings and evenings. You will get a confirmation with a secure visit link and a reminder before your appointment.

  3. 3

    Meet your clinician

Join from a phone, tablet, or computer. Find a private spot with decent internet. Your clinician will review your intake, talk through what is going on, and examine what can be examined over video.

  4. 4

    Get a clear plan

After the visit you receive a written summary: what your clinician thinks is going on, what to do next, any prescriptions sent to your pharmacy, and any labs ordered. If you need a follow-up, you can book it right away.

Getting ready for your visit

  • A private, well-lit place to talk
  • Your device charged, with the camera and microphone working
  • A list of medications and supplements you take
  • Your pharmacy name and location
  • Any recent readings you track, like blood pressure or blood sugar

Ready when you are.

Book a visit in a couple of minutes. If we are not the right fit for what you need, we will tell you and point you somewhere better.
