Draft — not reviewed by counsel
This is a structural template to work from, not legal advice and not a finished policy. A healthcare attorney must review and complete it before launch. Remove this banner by passing reviewed once that is done.
Stakt Health is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Healthcare providers have specific accessibility obligations under Section 1557 of the Affordable Care Act, so treat this as a requirement rather than a nice-to-have.
Tell us about a barrier
If any part of this site gets in your way, email hello@stakthealth.com and tell us what happened and what you were trying to do. We will get back to you and work with you to get the information you need.
Language access
TODO: Section 1557 also requires meaningful access for people with limited English proficiency, including taglines in the most common languages in the states you serve. Confirm requirements with counsel.
